A little more than 2000 square feet space, this basement consisted of a dedicated
home theatre,
granite wet bar,
rec-room, exercise room, kid room, bedroom with walk-in closet,
and a steam / shower room.
Step-by-step break down of basement building processes:
Framing with fire-trap using 2X4 studs.
Knocked down enclosed door & wall around the stair and built stair rail with added stair light (Will make the space feel more spacious)
Extra insulation for ceiling and wall (sound).
Electrical wiring for receptacles, 3-ways, recess lights, rope lights, etc...
Cables, speaker wires, video cable, door bell and extra fire alarm.
Plumbing for standing shower (with steam room) and wet bar.
Inspection (Framing, Electrical and Plumbing).
Dry-wall.
Crown Molding, chair rails, baseboard and doors.
Prime and painting.
Built seat raiser, storage / kid sitting area, DVD shelf, and crown molding with rope lights for home theatre.
Flooring - Hardwood floor (recommend engineering HW, berber carpet, and ceramic tile)
Rough-in and tiling for Steam Room.
Installed sink, toilet, steam door, lightning, vent, mirror, and hardware.
Installed Cabinet / crown mould for Wet Bar (Maple cabinets with glass doors were used)
Installed sink, refrigerator, wine cooler for wet bar.
Installed granite counter top (uba-tuba). "Best Granite and Marble" was used.
Installed Cultured stone for wet bar wall.
Shoes mould for ceramic, hardwood area.

Touch up & Complete.
